School uniform
The School Council has approved an attractive uniform based on the school colours of navy blue and gold. In accordance with school policy (Uniform Policy), compulsory full uniform must be worn every day, or a note of explanation sent to the teacher.
School shoes should be black or sneakers. Runners are compulsory for sport and Phyiscal Education (PE) classes.

The Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop is open every Monday after assembly in the Canteen area from 9:30am – 10:30am.
EFTpos and cash is accepted.
If you are unable to attend The Uniform Shop, please place your completed order form along with correct money or payment details in a named envelope to our front office. The price list/order form is also available from the notice stand in the school foyer.
Second hand uniform shop
The Second Hand Uniform Shop is also open every Monday after assembly in the Hall area from 9:30am – 10:30am.
This is cash only, so please bring in small coins or lower denominations of notes.
They offers discounted prices on certain pieces of uniform, depending on availability. All items are priced accordingly and are in good condition.
You can also sell your pieces back to the second hand uniform shop, but please be sure that all items are in good condition with no damage or tears and all items are washed and dried.
Hats
Templestowe Valley Primary School is a SunSmart School (SunSmart policies) and therefore hats are compulsory when the UV rating is above 3 – particularly in Terms 1 and 4. Students without hats will stay in the undercover areas during recess and lunch times.
Lost property
Lost property and uniform pieces are placed in the Lost Property area next to the hall. Please ensure that all your child’s clothing, lunchboxes, drink bottles etc. are clearly labelled to prevent loss, and can be returned quickly if found.
